Founded in 1995 McAllister Development is a Real Estate Development Company specializing in the adaptive re-use of historic buildings, mixed-use projects and luxury condominiums.

Having operated out of "SouthEnd" since the beginning, McAllister Development primarily develops in the "Metro Charlotte Market".

With construction costs making up nearly 70 percent of all development projects, McAllister Development designs, develops and constructs all of their own projects.
